Calhoun Mansion

Located at 16 Meeting Street, the Italianate manor house was built by George W. Williams in 1876. Widely acclaimed as one of the greatest post-Civil War houses on the Eastern Seaboard, the structure’s 24,000 square feet contains 35 rooms and 35 period fireplaces. Back then the lot and house sold for $240,000.00. Daily tours are available.
